Job Title: Carpenter for Advertising and Event Exhibitions
We are looking for an experienced carpentry section supervisor with a strong background in the exhibition and events industry. The ideal candidate will oversee all carpentry works, manage teams, and ensure high-quality production and timely project execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the carpentry section for exhibition stands, kiosks, and event structures.
- Lead a team of carpenters and ensure efficient workflow in the workshop and at site.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, joinery details, and production plans.
- Plan and allocate tasks to the team as per project deadlines.
- Ensure high-quality finishing and workmanship.
- Coordinate with design, production, and project teams.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Support installation and dismantling activities at project sites.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in exhibition and events carpentry.
- Strong knowledge of joinery, fabrication, and finishing works.
- Proven experience in team handling and supervision.
- Ability to read and execute drawings independently.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- UAE experience preferred.
