The Designer Advertising and Publishing, popularly known as DNA is looking for a Signage Production Manager.
The Production Manager will perform a wide range of duties related to the physical production and installation of all kind of signs. Planning and scheduling production of jobs, quality assurance, installation, and staff supervision will be a key performance area.
The leadership skills required to ensure that the Production and Installation teams complete all projects on time and with the highest quality standards while being a team player and providing support for all functions as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oganize the production function and plan shop floor operations to meet given production targets.
- Optimize production efficiency by anticipating and elimination of production bottlenecks, by conducting production meeting & Sales coordination meeting on daily basis.
- Maximize productivity by maintaining a cordial working relationship with operatives on a personal level.
- Control the level of rejections through strict adherence to prescribed manufacturing practices & machine operation standards.
- Maintain satisfactory quality levels consistent with Standards.
- Ensure that proper safety and welfare measures are consistently undertaken to safeguard resources and strive to attain congenial working conditions in the Shop Floor.
- Maintain discipline and enforce sound housekeeping practices on the shop floor.
- Ensure effective planning, co-ordination and utilization of transport vehicles.
- Coordinate with the management in implementing and maintaining ISO-Procedures and other documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in Outdoor and Signage industry.
- Having a UAE driving license.
- Technical knowledge of sign production and installation.
- Excellent Leadership Skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
