Job Title: Store Keeper
Department: Advertising
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Summary:
The Store Keeper is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the advertising warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and supplies. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse setting and be familiar with the advertising industry.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect all incoming materials and supplies
- Store materials and supplies in a safe and organized manner
- Issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Compile and submit monthly inventory reports
- Perform physical inventory counts as needed
- Order new materials and supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse setting
- Experience with inventory management software
- Familiarity with the advertising industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
